Q.) Is this for real?
A.) It certainly is. We will do what no one else in your family wants to do. Someone has to clean up after the dog. Why don't you let it be us?
Q.) What do you do with all the waste?
A.) We double bag the waste and leave it in your trash can. If you do not have a trash can we will leave it next to your garage door furthest from the main entrance of the house. This helps keep the costs down.
Q.) Do you clean your equipment?
A.) Yes, we clean the equipment and shoes after each yard. We do not want to transmit diseases to you, your family or your dog.
Q.) Must I be there when you service my yard?
A.) The first time, we'd like to meet with you and the animal(s) so they may get accustomed to us. After the initial meeting we do not acquire that you be there, but you're always welcome to check up on us.
Q.) How do I pay?
A.) With the exception of the first month we will bill for the coming month of service. On the 15th of each month a statement will be mailed to your house. If payment has not been received by the 1st of the month we will call to see if you wish to continue service.
Q.) If I cancel my service will I lose my money?
A.) If something happens and you no longer need our service we will pro-rate your service and refund the difference.
Q.) How do you base your prices?
A.) Rates are based on an average size yard of 1/4 acre or less. To do a thorough cleaning higher rates may apply to large yards and accumulated waste based on the time required.
Q.) Should I unlock my gate?
A.) Yes, we will not jump or climb over fences. please have your gate unlocked on your service day.
Q.) Do your work Holidays?
A.) We do not work on the following days:

4th of July Christmas Eve
Labor Day Christmas Day
Veterans Day New Years Eve
New Years Day
Q.) Are you insured?
A.) Yes, we are proud to be a member and insured through Pet Sitters Associates, LLC.
